Frances Rodriguez (Philippine born, Canadian) is an artist who specializes in mixed media and acrylics. Her foundation is in the graphic arts and her passion is evident in all her creative endeavors ranging from interior design to her not-at-all-shy bold and textural typically large-scale works.
Her creative time is spent between Andorra and her atelier overlooking the Mediterranean Sea where the colours inspire her.
